CARQUEST Tour At Radical Speed Sport

Moncton, NB (April 23, 2007) – The CARQUEST Pro Stock Tour would like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth during the Radical Speed Sport Car Show this past weekend. Crowds were great and we appreciate folks stopping by to say hello and do a little bench racing.

Many thanks to Mike Stevens and the entire Stevens Racing Team, for the use of their racecar, which was displayed across from our booth. They are sporting new colours for the 2007 season and the car looks great. So good in fact that car owner Robbie Stevens picked up a 1st place plaque from the Speed Sport Car Show judges.

The CARQUEST Pro Stock Tour visits five different race tracks in the three Maritime Provinces on the east coast of Canada: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Facilities are required to meet specific criteria for the CARQUEST Pro Stock Tour events; ensuring quality shows for the audience and the competitors.

The CARQUEST Pro Stock Tour is operated by Maritime Pro Stock Tour Limited and features an 11-race series at five different tracks in the three Maritime Provinces. Top drivers from all three provinces compete including 2006 champion John Flemming and former champions Rollie MacDonald, Shawn Tucker and Wayne Smith.
